I'm a connector and executive leader. My background in theater, experiential production, and team building has shaped me into a natural questioner, listener, and context gatherer. Years of leading a production agency allowed me to use these skills to connect people to ideas, projects, and community while building sustainable growth. Now I help agencies navigate critical inflection points and develop the strategy, structures, and support they need to create sustainable futures for their people and organizations.
I'm a collaborator and financial strategist. My background in finance, production, and operations has given me a deep understanding of how organizations can align their financial decisions with their values to achieve sustainable growth and agile operations. Now I partner with company leaders to realize their long-term vision while supporting the people responsible for day-to-day execution.
I'm an advocate and organizer. I excel at bringing people together, managing complex projects, and coordinating diverse stakeholders while keeping both the forest and the trees in view. My background in agency and corporate event management has honed my ability to oversee large teams and detail-heavy situations under tight deadlines. Now I provide leadership and project management services, helping creative agencies optimize their operations, develop their people, and navigate growth transitions with clarity and purpose.
